Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-optimized neural network architectures
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent disclosures for breakthrough methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Present research findings at premier conferences (QIP, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Identify and mitigate quantum security vulnerabilities in AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Publication record in top-tier journals/conferences (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing experience
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Passion for ethical AI development and quantum democratization
