Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record publishing research in top-tier quantum/AI journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
