Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical systems for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit quantum processors
- Lead R&D in quantum machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates to solve NP-hard optimization problems
- Mentor quantum engineers in cutting-edge gate-based computing techniques
- Secure patents for novel quantum neural network architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of scaling AI models to 100M+ parameter architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction surface codes
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum R&D funding
