Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems using superconducting qubits and topological quantum processors
- Design error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum operations at scale
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum solutions for finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies including photonic and trapped-ion systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and strategic partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum systems with proven fault-tolerance implementations
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
