Responsibilities
- Design and develop quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Collaborate with AI teams to implement quantum machine learning algorithms
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum physics and hardware design principles
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction methodologies
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and low-temperature engineering
