Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces for enterprise applications
- Lead research on quantum algorithms for AI optimization and cryptography
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped ion, or photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Proven track record of leading technical projects in emerging tech
