Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems using superconducting qubits and topological processors
- Develop error-correction frameworks to achieve fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world applications
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption standards
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and quantum simulation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate fidelity and coherence times
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (e.g., surface codes, LDPC codes)
