Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Lead the development of quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing infrastructure
- Research and prototype novel quantum computing methodologies targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices for quantum software development
- Present breakthrough findings at international conferences and publish in top-tier journals
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and research institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE, QAOA)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance classical languages
