Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting and photonic systems
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-classical hybrid computing solutions
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data protection systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum error correction methodologies
- Translate theoretical quantum models into practical engineering specifications
- Document quantum system architectures and performance benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research or industrial quantum development
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams in R&D environments
