Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures optimized for 2026-era applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography, materials science, and AI acceleration
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cryptographic threats
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical supercomputing systems
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies for Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction protocols
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Deep understanding of quantum complexity theory and NISQ-era limitations
- Published research in quantum computing or related field
- Ability to communicate quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
