- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming principles
- Secure $1M+ in R&D funding through innovative research proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum processors
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq with 50+ quantum circuits deployed
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA-2025)
- Proven track record leading quantum hardware-software co-design projects
- Strong background in topological quantum computing and qubit stability
