Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures for commercial applications in cryptography, materials science, and AI optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum system integration
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer breakthrough quantum algorithms
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical roadmaps for product development
- Ensure quantum systems meet NIST security standards and industry compliance requirements
- Drive innovation in quantum hardware-software co-design for 2026-era applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and their practical implementations
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or conferences
