Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit scalability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Lead integration of quantum systems with classical cloud infrastructure
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for industrial deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum computing adoption in target industries
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS + 5 years experience acceptable)
- 3+ years experience designing quantum circuits using Qiskit or Cirq frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, or Google Quantum AI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum algorithms into practical solutions
