Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil) and frameworks (Cirq, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of leading quantum hardware development projects
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience securing DOE/NASA/NSF quantum computing grants
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
