- Create quantum security protocols post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# programming frameworks
