Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging QIP and topological qubit technologies
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems by 2026
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists and engineers to prototype quantum hardware
- Optimize quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography and materials science

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
