Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (e.g., photonic computing, quantum annealing)
- Contribute to quantum security frameworks for post-2026 infrastructure
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced HPC systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or topological physics
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum roadmap
- Track record of translating theoretical models into scalable implementations
