Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits and algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Architect quantum-resistant security protocols for next-gen infrastructure
- Optimize quantum hardware-software interfaces for 99.9% fidelity
- Drive quantum computing standards development through industry consortia
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction techniques
- Secure patents for novel quantum architectures and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum gate-level programming (QASM, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud platforms
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience securing DOE/NASA quantum research grants
- Fluency in Python/C++ with quantum libraries
