Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for commercial applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems optimizing for 2026-era workloads
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Develop simulation environments for quantum hardware validation and optimization
- Collaborate with R&D to advance quantum supremacy benchmarks in practical use cases

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development toolkits
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
- Published research in quantum computing or relevant conferences
