Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error mitigation protocols for real-world deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Drive quantum cloud infrastructure development for commercial access
- Publish architectural blueprints in Nature Physics/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware architectures
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in top quantum computing conferences
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing theory
