Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for practical enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Collaborate with product teams to define quantum computing roadmaps for 2026+ deployment
- Author technical whitepapers and patent innovations in quantum computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction codes, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and HPC environments
- Demonstrated track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex R&D projects
- Strong knowledge of quantum security protocols and post-quantum cryptography
