Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for large-scale systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, etc.)
- Create quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for real-world deployment
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Secure patents for novel quantum architectural methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or hardware development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into scalable implementations
