Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-resistant system implementations
- Research and prototype novel quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit scalability solutions
- Create technical documentation for quantum security frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum computing
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Track record of delivering production-level quantum solutions
