Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum hardware-software integration frameworks
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of quantum systems

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to hybrid quantum-classical solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum circuit design and optimization
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Familiarity with superconducting, trapped-ion, or photonic quantum systems
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical audiences
