Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with >1000 qubit capacity
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery and materials science
- Architect secure quantum communication networks resistant to quantum attacks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum software development
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum processor interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
