Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for logistics optimization
- Lead implementation of quantum error correction at hardware level
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems
- Translate quantum advantages into enterprise solutions
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms
- Track record of translating theory to real-world applications
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering principles
