Responsibilities

- Design scalable quantum hardware interfaces and error-correction protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, error mitigation, and qubit coherence optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper) and cloud quantum platforms
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience leading R&D projects with measurable commercial impact
