Responsibilities

- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for real-world problem solving
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical infrastructure
- Establish quantum computing standards and best practices for industry adoption
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum algorithm development and system architecture
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
- Proven track record in designing large-scale distributed computing systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
