Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Lead quantum algorithm development for practical industrial applications
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.9% fidelity in quantum operations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor designs
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for pre-production testing
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Publish breakthrough research in leading quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum circuit design or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm implementation
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
