Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum systems with fault-tolerant capabilities beyond current QPU limitations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-level optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen quantum processors
- Design error-correction methodologies achieving >99.9% logical qubit fidelity
- Translate complex quantum algorithms into production-ready architectures
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum hardware innovations
- Establish industry standards for quantum-classical integration protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years quantum architecture experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and HPC frameworks
- Track record of deploying quantum solutions in commercial or research environments
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Certification in quantum hardware engineering from recognized institutions
