Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise clients
- Research and mitigate quantum vulnerability in existing cybersecurity systems
- Develop quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization
- Create technical documentation and patents for novel quantum algorithms
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development using Qiskit/Cirq
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and noise mitigation strategies
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security
- Track record of leading successful quantum computing projects
