Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for 2026-era AI applications
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of physicists and software engineers
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum
- Drive quantum adoption through white papers and industry standards development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or hardware
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record building production quantum systems (error rates < 0.1%)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and quantum cryptography
