Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing solutions
- Drive industry standards for quantum security protocols
- Author patents and publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithms and circuit design
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Experience securing quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
