Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical infrastructure integration using advanced cryogenic control systems
- Develop quantum-safe security protocols for next-gen encryption and blockchain applications
- Optimize quantum error correction algorithms achieving 99.99% fidelity in real-world deployments
- Architect cloud-native quantum platforms supporting distributed quantum computing networks
- Establish quantum performance benchmarks and KPIs for enterprise quantum adoption readiness
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum machine learning and algorithm development
- Drive quantum computing standards and open-source initiatives for industry advancement
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction, fault-tolerant architectures, and cryogenic engineering
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems from prototype to production environments
- Mastery of quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and HPC optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and their practical implementations
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting qubits, trapped ions, photonics)
