- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $2M+ in government/industry grants for quantum innovation initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers and quantum software engineers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (post-doc preferred)
