Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Manage cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government quantum initiatives
- Develop quantum-safe migration strategies for enterprise clients
- Present breakthrough findings at premier conferences (e.g., Q2B, APS March Meeting)
- Drive commercialization of quantum computing prototypes by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven track record leading high-impact technical teams
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong patent portfolio in quantum technologies
