Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms and error correction for 2026-era applications
- Manage a team of quantum physicists, engineers, and computer scientists

- Secure and manage $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Publish findings in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum research with published papers in top-tier journals
- Expertise in superconducting qubits or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Demonstrated success in securing government research grants
