Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and cryptography applications
- Architect scalable quantum hardware systems with 100+ qubit stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Manage quantum research roadmap targeting 2026 commercialization milestones
- Mentor junior researchers and establish quantum computing protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum computing research experience with 2+ in leadership
- Published work in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum hardware integration and optimization
- Proven ability to translate research into commercial applications
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
