- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Develop patentable quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Mentor PhD researchers and industry partners
- Present findings at global tech conferences (IEEE, ACM)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research
- Published work in quantum algorithm design or error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding
- Expertise in quantum machine learning applications
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering or superconducting qubits
- Track record of translating research into commercial IP
