Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization problems in finance and logistics

- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $5M+ in government grants and industry partnerships
- Lead a cross-disciplinary team of 15+ quantum engineers and physicists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum computing research with published papers
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of securing NSF or DoE research grants
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
