Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Experience securing DoD or NSF research grants exceeding $2M
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ-era limitations
