Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Develop error correction techniques to enhance quantum processor stability

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
