Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex molecular simulations
- Lead research projects in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation

- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Secure funding through NSF and DARPA grants
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing fundamentals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in linear algebra, statistical mechanics, and computational complexity
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental prototypes
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or superconducting qubits
