Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems.
- Conduct research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and test quantum applications.
- Publish research findings in leading scientific journals and conferences.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum computing and related fields.

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on quantum computing.
- Strong background in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Experience with quantum programming languages such as Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq.
- Proven track record of publishing research in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel programming is a plus.
