Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead research on quantum error correction methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals (Nature, Science)
- Secure $2M+ in federal/state quantum research grants
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
