Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications

- Develop error-correction methodologies to enhance qubit stability and coherence
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and publish 3+ high-impact papers annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or error correction
- Proficiency with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Experience securing government research funding and managing academic-industry partnerships
