Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware systems at cryogenic temperatures

- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent disclosures for breakthrough quantum technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and implementation
- Secure $5M+ in research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering with quantum specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE Quantum)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
