Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error mitigation protocols for NISQ-era quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum circuits and interfaces

- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Demonstrated ability to work with trapped-ion or superconducting qubits
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex systems modeling
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
- Clear understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction principles
