Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum control systems and qubit interfaces
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Secure external funding through grants and industry partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum research
- Expertise in quantum hardware interfaces and control systems
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
