Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for scalable quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum computing architectures

- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure research funding through NSF and DoE grant applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum information science or quantum computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics
- Demonstrated experience with quantum simulation frameworks (QASM, Qiskit Aer)
- Expertise in at least one classical programming language (Python, C++, Julia)
- Ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical implementations
